The Norbourne City Commission meets the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00pm at St. Matthews City Hall on Grandview Avenue. Residents are welcome - as always - to attend.

Norbourne Estates is a home rule-class city in north-central, Jefferson County, Kentucky. It is surrounded by the City of Louisville and is 6 miles east of downtown.

 

Trash collection will be weekly on Mondays (except Holidays). Recycling and Yard Waste will be on alternate weeks- on the following days:
